Start with the kind of question
For response fields and sample behavior, use the API reference. For ASIC or GPU collection design, begin with the relevant hardware guide. For a prompt-evaluation question, start with the AI learning path rather than the proof-of-work section.
Check the public resources
Open the JSON link directly and compare its envelope with the documented schema. The browser-based status page checks whether the bundled samples, sitemap, and RSS feed can be reached from your current browser. It does not inspect your devices or offer a historical service-availability report.
If the page is running directly from a file on your computer, use a local static web server instead. Root-relative routes and fetch-based examples are designed for an HTTP origin, just as they are on the deployed domain.
Report the smallest reproducible issue
Email [email protected] with the page URL, browser and device, relevant example, and the shortest steps that reproduce the issue. Include the expected and observed behavior. Remove sensitive information from any accompanying output.
Understand the scope of help
The website publishes developer resources and static examples. It does not provide managed access to your farm, account recovery, wallet custody, emergency equipment intervention, or a service-level agreement. Use your authorized equipment or service support channel for operational incidents affecting those systems.
