Make a technical report easy to reproduce
Include the page URL, the example or field you were reading, and what you expected to happen. For a browser issue, include the browser name, device type, and a short sequence of steps. A sanitized screenshot can help explain a layout or labeling problem.
If a sample file will not load, try its direct link in the API reference and run the browser-based status check. Tell us whether the problem affects one resource or the whole deployment. Do not assume that a fixture error means real mining equipment is offline.
Keep private information private
Do not email passwords, API keys, private network details, recovery phrases, wallet private keys, or confidential prompt inputs. Describe the issue at a safe level first. The public site does not need access to your mining devices, pool account, or model provider to explain its own examples.
